By using the HAYR website www.HAYR.co (the "Service") operated by HAYR  ("us", "we", or "our"), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please email paul@HAYR.co with your order number and request. We offer a 30-day trial of our Trigger however fibers cannot not be returned or refunded. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer.

Original proof of purchase is required to authorize a return and a refund.

Freight damage: If your product has been damaged during shipping please submit a shipping claim within 3 business days of receiving product.

FAQ

1. Will the HAYR Trigger fit other brands of fibers? 

We do not guarantee fit on any hair fiber brands, other than HAYR brand.

2. Is the battery on the Trigger rechargeable or replaceable?

The Trigger has a user replaceable 9V battery. Just pop off the cap, and swap it out.

3. How long will the battery last?

Based on our testing, the battery should last at least a month, but this varies based on your usage.

4. Are you fibers made of natural ingredients.

Yes.

 

Shipping

Our product will ship with 1-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation. We ship currently only within the USA.

Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when you create an account with us. You must keep your password secure and notify us of any breach or unauthorized use of your account.

Orders

We may accept or reject any order for any reason. You must provide a valid email and delivery address when you order. We will confirm your order and estimated delivery date by email. Delivery is not guaranteed and we are not liable for any delays or failures.

Payments

The prices of the products do not include taxes and may change at any time. You can pay with the methods available on the Service. We use third-party payment processors and don't store or access your payment card details. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment card for your order. You are responsible for any fees or charges from your payment card issuer. If your payment is not received or declined, we may cancel your order and account.

The Service and its content, features and functionality are owned by HAYR Ltd. and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You can't use our trademarks and trade dress without our written consent.
